[Susette] Father trips over a cord and falls on child and breaks the child's leg, all the children are taken away by DCF and the husband put in prison. The case plan was completed by the mother as ordered by the State, but Judge Marion Fleming gave as a reason "you didn't learn anything", so she cannot get her children back. Her new daughter, born July 22nd, was taken from the mother as soon as she was born. DCF said her children would be taken for adoption "because they were blond hair and blue eyes and they would go quick."
