[8a] Four children were taken away from the home by DCF when the father died. The nine year old son was then forced to steal for DCF provider, and was burned with cigarettes and stuck with pins if he did not steal. Plus, the Foster parent was selling drugs, but of course, DCF never investigates its own minions, just the parents.
